FULL MEMBERSHIP

Members of the Synagogue shall comprise persons of the Jewish faith over the age of eighteen years, who, having applied to the Council and paid the appropriate subscription, have been accepted as Members. Jewish status shall, where necessary, be defined by the standards and conditions laid dawn by the Assembly of Reform Rabbis UK Beth Din. Membership shall not be unreasonably withheld. Full membership also allows access to the Synagogue's burial insurance scheme.

Class of Membership will be defined as follows:

a) Membership as an individual over the age of 30 years;
b) Membership as a family, to include couples with or without children;
c) Membership as a single young adult aged 18 -30 years;

Where a Member has any unmarried children of the Jewish faith under the age of eighteen years, these children will also be considered as Members of the Congregation, but shall not be eligible to vote at a General Meetings or be elected to office.
